All accepted papers in English will be published in the Conference Proceedings (LNEE, ISSN：1876-1100, EI-Compendex) by Springer-Verlag Publisher, Germany, which will be submitted to EI Compendex for indexing. High quality papers will be recommended for publication in relevant international journals indexed by SCI.
